Last night I did the Spell for Forgiveness in the backyard. First I opened the circle, then lit a pink candle and some calming incense, I chanted the spell several times, and I felt so much better. I could feel my anger releasing. Everytime I start thinking about the incident I chant the spell again, where ever I am and I go back to the moment last night in the yard and immediately feel better.
I sincerely dislike when I get a incident gets caught in my mind and I dwell upon it. It is not a healthy thing to do. Also, Anger is not a good thing. Forgiveness is a gift of gold.
